CONTEXT
Up to 80% of individuals now look for properties and funding solutions online. To capture this market and the rising number of digital users Credit Agricole developed an e-Property platform.
Launched in 2013, and designed to facilitate and accelerate credit loan agreements, the e-Property platform is one more step in achieving the group’s main goal of becoming a genuine presence in omnichannel banking. By making all of its solutions interactively accessible to their clients via each channel, Credit Agricole aims to becoming a leader in the digital banking sector. To do this they enlisted StarDust to provide thorough testing. Faulty digital products cause distrust between consumers and brands; Credit Agricole knew how important it was to deliver a high-performing experience.
