It was presented in June 2013 to facilitate and to accelerate the subscription to housing loans. The primary advantage of this mechanism is in the instantaneous response returned by the Regional Savings Bank local to the Internet user's catchment area. There is basic agreement regarding an offer of financing with a matching loan interest rate. Thereafter, the bank undertakes to contact the customer again within 24 hours through the platform of the Regional Savings Bank which will then set a time for an office meeting within 5 days.
